Exchange Policy
At ShuttleThreads, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality. However, if you need an exchange, please read our policy below.
Exchange Eligibility
• We offer *exchange only*. Returns and refunds are not available.
• Exchange requests must be raised within *3 days* of receiving the order.
• The product must be *unused, unworn, unwashed*, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange.
Eligible Reasons for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
• You received the wrong size.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Process
• To request an exchange, email us at *[shuttlethreads@gmail.com](mailto:shuttlethreads@gmail.com)* with your *Order ID*, clear photos of the product, and the reason for the exchange.
• Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the replacement item will be dispatched subject to stock availability.
Shipping Charges
• If the exchange is due to a wrong product, damaged product, or manufacturing defect from our side, ShuttleThreads will bear the exchange shipping cost.
• If the exchange is requested for a size change or any customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Sale or discounted products (unless they are damaged or incorrect).
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Used, washed, or altered products.
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Important Note
• Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or design is unavailable, we will provide an alternative exchange option or store credit, at our discretion.
• ShuttleThreads reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
